Luxury Skincare And Cosmetics for “her going to the past” Shiseido Legendary Enmei Ultimate Renewing Cream and Powder Foundation & Brush Bundle It was founded in 1872 by Yushin Fukuhara of Japan, who thought that beauty was global and as a result, beauty care products should be as well. Shiseido is one of the oldest beauty houses and is currently the fourth largest in the world.
The nation's first pharmacy built in a Western design was created when Shiseido founder Arinobu Fukuhara launched the Shiseido Pharmacy in Tokyo's posh Ginza neighbourhood in 1872. Shiseido introduced Japan's first toothpaste, which was smoother than the salt and powdered limestone people had previously used to clean their teeth (and damage them), and was scientifically created to dissolve tartar and get rid of foul breath. The product was an immediate success. Shiseido has had several firsts; the launch of Rainbow Face Powder in 1917 is a prime example of Fukuhara's ongoing focus on the West.
